Re-Zoning Meeting Update

The goal of the board is to report accurate information to homeowners once it has been verified.

The final confirmed list of agenda items for the December 8th Planning and Zoning Commission meeting was posted by the City of McKinney on Wednesday at noon. As Blackard Global did not meet the 3 p.m. deadline on November 18th to submit the requested changes from the Planning Department they will not be a part of the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for December 8th. The next Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled for January 12, 2016 as the December 22, 2015 meeting has been cancelled. Blackard Global has until December 14, 2015 to submit the requested changes to be included on the agenda for the January 12, 2016 meeting.
