Spur 399 Expansion US 75 to US 380

If you aren’t aware, Tx Dot has been in the process of conducting a feasibility study on the expansion of Spur 399 (between 75 and Hwy5) located south of our community into an eight lane freeway. A recent meeting was held online and recorded, a copy of that slide presentation is posted on the HOA website under NEWS. The timeline for a final decision is 2-4 years and if approved construction wouldn’t start for 4-6 years. The next public hearing will be held in the Fall of 2021.
